Cost of our services for construction management
1-We offer complete project management, starting with the design phase and continuing until the project is finished and handed over. For hospitals, the cost is usually 5–10% of the total project cost, billed monthly for up to 36 months.
2—For smaller projects or renovations, the cost is 18% of the total project cost, with a minimum total cost of USD 200,000.
3—Alternatively, we can also provide project consultations throughout the project. This includes offering technical assistance and insights to the project team and acting as consultants to the project. The fee for these consultations is USD 14,000 per month, billed monthly.
